- An important contraindication is allergic reactions to fish products!
- Contraindications include general illnesses (weakened immune system, fever), severe muscle diseases, oncological conditions, chronic inflammations in the body, broken/traumatized/inflamed skin in the injection area, keloid scars, autoimmune diseases, and active herpes (facial procedures are not performed if there is a cold sore on the lips).
- If you are taking any medications, please inform us before the procedure.
- We recommend avoiding fish oil and vitamin E supplements for one week before the procedure.
- It is recommended to avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Marevan, Hjertemagnyl) for 3-7 days before the procedure.
- At least 48 hours must have passed since the last tanning session. Injection procedures are not recommended on freshly tanned or sunburned skin.
- 24 hours before: Avoid using skincare products containing AHA acids, retinol, or other active ingredients.

- The procedure is not performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
After the procedure

- Up to one week: Mild bruising and swelling may occur.
- To reduce swelling, we recommend applying cold compresses and taking antihistamine tablets (Zyrtec, Claritin).
- First 48 hours: Avoid intense physical activity, sauna, and alcohol.
- Within a week: Use high-protection sunscreen (SPF 50+).
- General recommendation: Drink more water to support skin regeneration processes.
