PRX-T33
PRX-T33 is a biorevitalization peel primarily composed of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), kojic acid, and hydrogen peroxide to rejuvenate the skin without damaging its surface. The procedure stimulates the production of natural collagen, moisturises the skin and evens skin tone. An ideal alternative to biorevitalisation for an immediate effect, safe and with a short recovery time.

How does the procedure work?
The PRX-T33 solution contains 33% TCA and 67% hydrogen peroxide. TCA is a fruit acid used widely in dermatological peels. But in the PRX-T33 treatment, its action isn’t the same as in a traditional peel.
With PRX-T33, the blend of TCA and hydrogen peroxide rapidly penetrates the skin to activate regeneration without strong skin exfoliation.
The procedure is preceded by a consultation where the specialist takes a thorough medical history, examines the patient's medical condition, previous procedures and the medication used.
The first step of the biorevitalization peel is to clean and dry the skin at the treated area.
PRX-T33 is then applied to the skin by massage until the product is completely absorbed. Between 2 and 5 applications are made during the session.
Next, the skin is washed and rinsed with water, followed by a moisturising and nourishing cream and a sunscreen, if necessary.

The greatest benefits come after a course of either 3 to 5 treatments. Repeating the procedure stimulates more collagen production. It is recommended to leave 10-14 days between treatments.

Before & after the procedure
Before the procedure
- The procedure cannot be carried out on freshly tanned, sunburned skin. At least 1 week must have passed since last tanning. Also, self-tanning creams should not be used for 1 week before the procedure.
- We do not perform the procedure during antibiotic treatment, 2 weeks must have passed since the last medication.
- If you are taking any medication, please let us know before coming for the procedure.

We do not perform the procedure when you have active infections such as cold sores, acne, rosacea.
- Discontinue the use of retinol and AHA/BHA products at least 3-5 days before the procedure. Resume use once the skin has recovered from the procedure.
- Contraindications are pregnancy, breastfeeding, oncological diseases, chronic inflammation of the body, keloid scars, active herpes, freshly tanned skin, highly sensitive skin.
After the procedure
- Redness and skin sensitivity may occur after the procedure and last for several days after the procedure.

Avoid sauna, hot bath or spa treatments for 1 week.
- Do not use make-up products for 24 hours.
- During 2 weeks, protect the area from UV light (use sunscreen SPF50). Sunscreen should be reapplied every two hours.
- Avoid self tanning products for one week.
- If swelling or itching occurs, antihistamines (anti-allergy medication, e.g. Zyrtec, Claritine) can be used.
- Avoid other professional treatments for 2 weeks (laser procedures, beauty injections, chemical peels, etc).
- Do not pick, rub or exfoliate your skin if flaking occurs. Just use moisturising cream.
