- Avoid retinol and AHA acids for 3 days before the procedure
- Do not sunbathe for 7 days before the procedure

After the procedure
- Do not use make-up for at least 24 hours
- Avoid sauna, exercise and sun exposure for at least 48 hours

- Do not touch your face with unwashed hands on the first day

Is microneedling + mesotherapy painful?
Numbing cream is applied to the skin for about 30 minutes before the treatment, making it well tolerated. You may feel mild pricking during the treatment but it is not painful.
How many treatments are needed?
We recommend a series: 4-6 treatments 2-4 weeks apart. After that, maintenance treatments can be done 2-3 times per year.
