Microneedling
During microneedling, a specialized device moves evenly across the skin, creating fine microchannels that trigger the skin’s natural renewal process and stimulate collagen and elastin production. At the same time, a suitable active ingredient is applied to the skin, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the layers and enhance the overall effectiveness of the treatment.

How does the procedure work?
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin, triggering the skin’s natural healing process. This stimulates collagen and elastin production, improving the skin’s firmness, texture, and tone.
The procedure becomes even more effective when combined with suitable active ingredients. At Medemis Clinic, we offer several specialized combinations tailored to individual skin needs:
Microneedling + Mesoestetic serums
– An effective everyday choice for hydration and radiance. Suitable for all skin types. The serum is selected based on the skin’s condition — hydration, redness, pigmentation, or brightness.
Microneedling + exosomes
– Exosomes contain biologically active molecules that repair the skin at the cellular level. Ideal for aging, sensitive, or stressed skin.
Microneedling + iPRF (plasma-based treatment)
– Utilizes the body’s own regenerative potential. iPRF is rich in growth factors and stem cells that deeply rejuvenate the skin. Suitable for mature or recovery-needing skin.
Microneedling + mesotherapy cocktails
– A blend of vitamins, amino acids, and minerals that delivers an instant freshness boost. Ideal for dull, tired-looking skin.
The skin is carefully cleansed and disinfected
A suitable active ingredient is selected (serum, plasma, exosomes, etc.)
The skin is treated with a microneedling pen at varying depths, depending on the skin concern and desired result
Finally, a soothing or restorative mask is applied, followed by cream and sun protection
The procedure takes approximately 45–60 minutes
