- Avoid blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen) 2 days before the procedure
- Do not consume alcohol the day before
- Avoid sun exposure or tanning beds immediately before the procedure
After the procedure
- Do not touch the injection sites for 6 hours
- Avoid make-up on the same day
- Do not go to the sauna, exercise or tanning bed for 7 days
- Use SPF 50 when staying in the sun

Can I wear makeup after Profhilo treatment?
We recommend avoiding makeup for the first 24 hours so the injection sites can close. Makeup can be worn normally the next day.
How long do the results last?
Profhilo effects last on average 6-9 months. To maintain the result we recommend a new treatment series once a year.
