How does the procedure work?
During an iPRF facial, a small amount of your blood is drawn and then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets. The platelets are then injected back into your skin, where they release growth factors that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. Platelets, fibrin, growth factors in the plasma stimulate skin renewal and play an important role in the wound healing process. When the platelets are transferred to the skin, a regenerative process and skin renewal begins.

Skin is rejuvenated - tightened, wrinkles are smoothed and the skin is more even and radiant.
Skin color and complexion improve.
Skin becomes more elastic and plump.

How is the procedure performed?
The procedure is preceded by a consultation where your specialist takes a thorough medical history, examines your health, previous procedures and medications used.
Before the procedure make-up is removed and the area to be injected is disinfected.
The specialist will take pictures of the area to be injected.
A numbing cream is applied to the skin.
Blood is drawn (approx. 15 ml).
Valuable platelet-rich plasma is extracted from the blood by centrifugation and then injected into the desired area in small injections. The plasma is injected into the desired areas where it is absorbed and evenly distributed on the skin. The procedure takes about an hour in total. The use of your own plasma eliminates risks and negative reactions, making the treatment suitable for those with sensitive or allergic skin.
After the injection, a restorative cream is applied to the skin.

Before the procedure
- Live as healthily as possible for a week before the procedure - a varied and healthy diet, adequate exercise and avoiding alcohol.
- It is advisable not to eat very fatty foods for the previous two days and to have a light meal the same morning. This way the plasma from the blood is of the highest quality and gives the best result.
- It is advisable to perform the procedure in the first half of the day.
- Contraindications are general illnesses (low immunity, fever), oncological diseases, chronic inflammations in the body, broken/traumatized/inflammatory skin in the area to be injected, keloid scars, active herpes (facial procedures are not performed if there is a cold sore on the lips).
- We do not perform the procedure during antibiotic treatment, 2 weeks must have passed since last medication.
- At least 3 days must have passed since the last sunbath (no sunburn). We also recommend avoiding self-tanning creams for 1 week before and after the procedure.
- If possible, please come to the procedure without make-up.
- The procedure is not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- For children under 18 years of age, we only perform the procedure with the consent of a parent or guardian.
After the procedure
- Drink plenty of cold water for 48 hours after the procedure.
- During the first 24–48 hours after treatment you will experience redness, swelling and tenderness in the treated areas.
- Do not apply make-up or go to the gym on the same day.
- Do not wash your hair on the same day after the procedure (for hair procedures).
- Do not go to the sauna or swimming pool for one week.
- Protect your skin from UV rays for 1 week (sunscreen SPF50).
- To prolong the result, use sunscreen all year round.

What is iPRF and how is it used?
Injectable platelet rich fibrin or (iPRF) is a technique that uses the patient’s own blood plasma, enriched with platelets, fibrin and stem cells.
The resulting product is then injected into areas with desired end results to activate accelerated healing and regeneration. As a result, the body’s own powerful regenerative properties are concentrated and focused on the area of concern leading to natural skin rejuvenation and/or prevention of hair loss.
Who is a good candidate for PRF?

How do iPRF procedures rejuvenate the skin?

Yes, it is a good idea to wash your hair the night before, but it is also suitable in the morning just before the procedure. You should avoid hairsprays, gels and other hair products before the procedure.
