PROFHILO STRUCTURA contains one of the highest and purest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market. The product is manufactured using patented NAHYCO® technology, which does not use chemical stabilizers. PROFHILO® is the only product line in the world that uses stabilized hyaluronic acid completely chemical-free, thanks to Swiss company IBSA’s patented NAHYCO® technology.
PROFHILO® STRUCTURA is designed specifically for facial fat tissue restoration, as age-related changes in fat tissue are one of the main factors affecting facial aging and structural changes.
Thanks to its unique hyaluronic acid concentration, high lifting capacity and optimal viscosity, Profhilo Structura can effectively influence deep tissue structures and alleviate age-related fat tissue atrophy.

Before & after the procedure
Before the procedure
- Results appear gradually – within the first 4 weeks, skin density, elasticity and contours improve.
- Contraindications include general illnesses (weakened immunity, fever), oncological diseases, chronic inflammation in the body, broken/traumatized/inflamed skin in the injection area, keloid scars, active herpes (facial procedures are not performed when there is a cold sore on the lip).
- We recommend not taking blood-thinning medications at least 3 days before the procedure (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Marevan).
- We do not perform the procedure during antibiotic treatment; at least 2 weeks must have passed since the last dose.
- At least 2 days must have passed since the last sunbathing (there must be no sunburn).
- Please come to the procedure without makeup if possible.
- The procedure is not performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- For those under 18, we perform the procedure only with parental or guardian consent.
After the procedure

Redness may occur at the injection site, which disappears within a few hours or days.
- Do not touch the injected area with your hands for 2h.

Swelling may occur after the procedure. For significant swelling, antihistamines (allergy tablets) may be taken.
- Makeup products, alcohol and exercise are allowed 24h after the procedure.

Avoid skin peeling in home care for 1 week after the procedure. Products containing acids and retinol can be used once the skin has recovered.
- Avoid sauna and spa treatments for 1 week after the procedure.
- Avoid other intensive facial procedures for 2 weeks (chemical peeling, laser procedures, etc.).

What is the difference between Profhilo and Profhilo Structura?
Profhilo improves skin quality, moisturizes and smooths fine lines, while Profhilo Structura restores deeper fat tissues, strengthens facial structure and provides a natural lifting effect. Both products are based on NAHYCO® technology, but work at different depths and for different purposes.
How often is it recommended to have the procedures?
Profhilo Structura is usually recommended as 2 procedures approximately 30 days apart.
After that, a repeat procedure can be performed every 6–9 months to maintain the result, depending on skin condition, age and individual needs.
