Minor surgery includes small surgical procedures during which skin and subcutaneous lesions are removed, including moles, skin tumors, lipomas, cysts, keratoses, and papillomas.
Surgical procedures are performed by Dr Silver Joosep Paluste.
If necessary, the removed tissue is sent for histological examination.
This is a paid service that is not covered by the Health Insurance Fund. Both self-referred patients and patients referred by family doctors and other specialists are welcome.

Minor surgical procedures are performed under local anesthesia, so you do not feel pain during the procedure. After the anesthesia wears off, mild discomfort may occur, which can be relieved with a painkiller.
What is the recovery time after minor surgery?
Recovery time depends on the extent of the procedure. After removal of small lesions, normal life can be resumed within 1–2 days. The doctor provides detailed instructions for wound care and follow-up.
